I have compiled a variety of select work on this very website. The majority of which are from my tenure, which spanned over a decade, at American Airlines - the world's largest airline. This portfolio is my way of documenting pretty much everything I've done, everything I've learned, and how I see myself developing in my career. Oldest Living Sentinel at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier Honored

A 100-year-old veteran whose name had been left off a plaque naming every sentinel at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier was finally honored on Wednesday.

Army veteran Jack Eaton received a hero's welcome to Washington, D.C., and was thanked for his service during World War II. Eaton, of Burton, Michigan, is the oldest living sentinel in the country.

Getting to know Guyana: a pre-flight celebration at JFK

On a typical day, Customer Service Manager Vanita Jagnarain is busy supporting her team and helping customers on the concourses of Terminal 8 at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). More recently, however, she put on a different hat in an effort to help educate our customers and fellow colleagues about her native country of Guyana, which American will begin serving from JFK. Service commences on Dec. 18 with a daily flight to Cheddi Jagan International Airport (GEO).
